Calverley Building Refurbishment – Phase 2.
Calverley Building facade refurbishment works to comprise: Podium levels ground floor to first floor inclusive – curtain walling replacement, window replacement complete with louvres and damper installation, concrete facade repairs, new parapet, flat roof replacement, new render to elevations. Calverley/Link Bridge levels second floor to tenth floor inclusive – window replacement complete with louvres and damper installation, concrete facade repairs and refurbishment.
Calverley Building Refurbishment – Phase 3.
Calverley Building floor plate refurbishments to comprise: Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. A total of 10 (ten) separate floor refurbishment projects to be inclusive of external wall insulations. To include a mixture of office and teaching space fit-outs together with all associated M&E Services installations.
Framework Contract (for a Building Contractor).
An NEC3 Framework Contract for future building refurbishment works on the Leeds Metropolitan University city centre campus. For a fixed period of 2 years with an option to extend the period by a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. Leeds Metropolitan University shall not be obligated to award and does not guarantee to award any future works under this framework.
All elements to be awarded to a single operator.
