The closing date for return of RFQs is 10:00 a.m on Friday 20th September 2013. One paper copy of the completed RFQ response should be sent in a plain envelope with our reference number included using the RFQ return label (Appendix 3) provided, and an electronic copy sent by email to rcukssc.sourcing@ssc.rcuk.ac.uk. The maximum attachment size per e-mail shall be 10mb. A site visit, if required, can be arranged with Adrian Officer, a.officer@hefce.ac.uk Tel: 0117 931 7322. The NEC3 Professional Services Contract Terms and Conditions will apply. The additional Z clauses contained in the Contract Data will also apply to this contract.
