Tenders are invited for a framework for the repair and maintenance of public buildings open to North West Leicestershire District Council and Charnwood Borough Council (‘framework customers’).
The framework contract is to be split into 5 lots:
(1) Building
(2) Electrical
(3) Mechanical / plumbing
(4) Decorating
(5) Roofing
It is envisaged that a single supplier will be appointed to each lot to enable framework customers to be able to make the direct award of individual repair and maintenance jobs within each category estimated at a value of up to 50 000 GBP each.
