Description of the contract

Internal and External Repair and Maintenance Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement via 3 lots. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box above (entitled – Date documents can be requested until). Lot 1 Curo is procuring the principal contractor for the programme, which will be a contract commencing in November 2013 and initially covering the period 2013 to March 2016, with two possible extensions of one year each taking the contract to March 2018. This is Lot 1 of this procurement. Lot 2 and 3 Curo has a substantial cyclical programme to complete during 2013/14 and 2014/15 and has estimated that successful completion of the programme work will require the engagement of three Contractors initially. Therefore, It is the intention of Curo to enter into additional two shorter term Agreements of 17-months duration from November 2013 to March 2015 to undertake the programme of works that cannot be encompassed within the workload of the principal contractor within our financial year 2013/14 and 2014/15. These opportunities will be referred to as Lots 2 and 3. The scope of works for the three contracts will be of the same nature and referred herein as Lots 1, 2 and 3. Interest Parties are required to download, coomplete and return the PQQ documents which can be downloaded from the Curo Supplier portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/curo. This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`).
