This Notice gives prior information of a forthcoming procurement process which will establish a Framework Agreement. The framework duration is likely to be up to a maximum of 4 years, please refer to the subsequent call for competition for further details. The framework will be open to be used by all Public Body organisations as outlined in Schedule V1.2 of this Notice.
The Framework Agreement will provide a structure through which Building Surveying Services may be procured.

This Prior Information Notice is intended to give Consultants an early awareness that a procurement process (OJEU Restricted Procedure) relating to this project is scheduled (indicatively) to begin during July 2013. Further information will be available from the University as the procurement progresses.

A Consultants’ Briefing event will be held for interested Consultants on the 17th July 2013 at the University of Bristol, this event will provide a briefing on the forthcoming procurement of the framework agreement and an overview of the Procurement Process. To register to attend this event, please e-mail: capital-projects@bristol.ac.uk to book a place. Full details of the location and timings will be provided to you when they become available. Please note that space is likely to be limited so we can accept a maximum of two representatives from each organisation attending and we ask that all places must be pre booked by no later than 12.00pm on 9th July 2013.
