River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 6,800 homes. River Clyde Homes is in the process of acquiring town centre premises in Greenock to open a Customer Hub. These premises will contain River Clyde Homes’ front facing staff and the staff of key partners within Inverclyde.

As such, River Clyde Homes is seeking to employ a contractor to complete the associated fit-out and building services works required to open such premises.

As detailed in attached tender and supporting documents. Only companies who can evidence a wealth of experience of commercial fit outs, and who have the requisite resources to complete the works by mid February 2014 should submit a bid.
