Areas of the site will require excavation to provide a reduced level for construction while other areas will require fill. Works may also require in-situ/ex-situ remediation of soils and/or ground water and offsite removal of material where re-use is not deemed appropriate to a suitably licensed landfill under Duty of Care Waste Licensing to include waste classification and appropriate WAC (waste acceptance criteria) testing.
