The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a supplier to provide taxi/business car services for staff use. The bulk of the requirement shall be related to the provision of taxi hire and car services however there may be the occasional requirement to provide other transportation i.e. minibus/coach.

The supplier will be required to provide services to the FCA’s estate, which currently comprises of offices located at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, where approximately 2 500 staff are located. There are separate offices in One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London and in Edinburgh however please note that this contract is not required to cover services in Edinburgh.
It should also be noted that the FCA is proposing to move from the 2 Canary Wharf offices into a brand new site at Stratford in 2018.
The contract will be let for an initial term of 4 years with provision to extend for a further period of up to 2 years.
