Description of the contract

Lancaster University would like to commission consultants to work in partnership with the University and its KARIM partners to fulfil its obligation as a strategic initiative under the Interreg IVB programme. Lancaster University is currently the lead partner for Strategic Communications for the KARIM programme and is offering 3 linked lots to support fulfilment of its obligations as lead partner LOT 1: Evaluation & Assessment of the projects impact and performance considering 3 key areas of activity: a)SME-Universities transnational interface b)Responsible Innovation c)Improved University Capacity LOT 2: Development and delivery of stakeholder workshop(s)/conference(s), dates to be confirmed, but early July 2014 is preferred. These events will be designed to provide the necessary intelligence for lot 1 and will necessitate cooperation with the preferred tenderer for lot 1. LOT 3: Communication and final report elaboration of key conclusions & messages on these three areas, on the basis of the assessment and the conclusions of the final event(s), final report (dataviz,book,leaflet).
