Scottish Enterprise is looking to procure the services of a ‘Network Integrator’ with specialist capabilities and experience in the fields of digital health and care and assisted living. The overall aim of the project is to bring health and care organisations and Scottish industry closer together so health and care organisations can benefit from product and service innovation to reduce costs and improve standards and Scottish industry can benefit from increased commercial opportunities. Therefore, the objectives of the commission are to:
1. Work with key stakeholders to identify and qualify high impact opportunities for Scottish companies.
2. Engage with Scottish SME’s to make them aware of the identified opportunities.
3. Identify, prepare and propose companies/collaborations to address the opportunities.
4. Refer companies to the most appropriate route for support providing limited assistance during the transition.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Amongst other matters, due to the value and assessed risk associated with this commission, tenderers will be required to demonstrate a minimum average turnover of GBP 383 333 over the last two years for which accounts/financial statements are required. SE may seek a Parent Company Guarantee. If financial information is not provided, SE reserves the right to remove the candidate from the tender process.
