Converge Challenge is a pan-Scottish business start-up competition and entrepreneurship development programme for staff and students of any Scottish University and Research Institute. The focus of the programme is on developing market engagement and practical skills to carry out business engagement from the ground up including pitch training, business planning, marketing. Over the last five years Converge Challenge has received 450 applications and trained 180 founders

Based on the outcomes from the first four years, we helped generate 48 companies (40% success rates from 120 projects engaged), 38 of which have successfully secured follow-up funding worth over £14M

The projects cover Life Sciences, Food and Drink, ICT, Energy, Photonics and Entertainment industries and originate from all Universities in Scotland

You are invited to submit a detailed tender proposal which covers a training overview, training programme and trainer qualifications
