Arch (Commercial Enterprise) Limited (the “Contracting Authority”) supports a range of activities to promote economic growth within Northumberland.
The Authority have agreed an Enterprise Action Plan for the period 2012-2015 with Northumberland County Council. The Authority require appropriately skilled and experienced organisations to deliver elements of this Action Plan. Therefore this procurement is to commission business support services which assist growth businesses and sector specific growth businesses within Northumberland plan and realise their growth potential/plans.
The services to be contracted through this procurement process are intended to be part-funded through the North East England ERDF Programme. They will therefore need to be delivered and managed in accordance with the eligibility criteria and record-keeping requirements of ERDF.
