Description of the contract

The Authority would like to procure the services of a Potential Provider to undertake an independent audit review of a new charitable foundation’s (a Company Limited by Guarantee currently seeking charity status) financial and governance controls, and operating framework. The Authority is seeking to assess whether it has the infrastructure and processes in place to take on public funding, and that it is value for money.
