Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands (“IEWM”) is seeking to establish an offer to Councils in the region which comprises of a bank of quality assured Associates able to work with Councils to implement bespoke improvement programmes across a range of indentified themes.
Worcestershire County Council acts as the accountable body for IEWM.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: IEWM on behalf of Worcestershire County Council will allow a standstill period of ten days between notifying contractors of their decision to award the contract and entering into such agreement. During this period IEWM will follow the requirements of the Regulations 32 and 32A of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as amended by the public contracts (amendments) Regulations 2009 or any subsequent Amendment. Any grievances regarding non compliance with the public contracts Regulations should be raised and will be conducted in line with Part 9 of the public contracts (amendments) Regulations 2009 or any subsequent amendment.
