Hull City Council is seeking a partner to run the enterprise facilities at the new KREATE enterprise space, located at Hull Kingston Rovers ground, Craven Park, Hull. The Council is seeking to appoint a provider who will manage the enterprise space, support new business tenants, and help to develop further the local entrepreneurial culture. The successful bidder, as enterprise provider, will be responsible for lettings and bookings, tenant management, rent and service charge collection from occupants, performance monitoring, and own employment and related costs to provide enterprise support. The City Council will take responsibility for property management and premises supervision for the building.
