West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) intends to procure a framework of consultants for the Leeds Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to deliver technical resource efficiency assessments of SME businesses, identifying the possible improvement opportunities across waste, water and energy, together with a review of the financing options available to the business to deliver these improvements.
It is anticipated that the REF will be part-funded by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020 and the Local Growth Fund.
