The product will consist of; 2 half days of consultancy either side of a full day workshop session. It will be facilitated by a consultant chosen from a Framework on a call down contract and delivered to the senior management team of an eligible company, on a one-to-one basis. It is designed to assist companies to develop a robust and comprehensive strategy, and associated action plan for implementation. On completion of the support the management of each client company will have a clear and shared understanding of the direction they are taking the business, plus a mechanism to re-visit their strategy in the future.
The workshops are mainly targeted at SE/SDI/BG Relationship Managed and Smart Exporter/Explorer companies. The focus of the workshops will be determined by the client and relationship manager, and then agreed with the consultant. The general workshops undertaken should identify any potential opportunities for a company to internationalise as this should be a key priority for any growing business.
All suppliers will offer clients a broad range of experience and tools to maintain flexible delivery; including combined knowledge and experience of supporting companies to identify potential opportunities and develop domestic and international strategies.
Due to the current economic climate we expect all suppliers to provide their most competitive bid. We have set a price ceiling of 665 GBP (ex VAT) per day for this intervention and all bids will require to conform. This framework will be called off on the basis of lowest price until capacity becomes an issue, at this stage it will be the next lowest priced supplier until capacity becomes an issue and so on. There is no guaranteed level of commissioning for any supplier appointed to the Framework.
