Cardiff International White Water is an exciting on-demand white water facility located in the heart of the International Sports Village in Cardiff. Activities include white water rafting, indoor surfing, air trail, hot dogging, river boarding, canoeing and kayaking, gorge walking and climbing walls. In addition the centre also provides a year round rescue courses for the emergency services. The centre also hosts several events through the year, ranging from small local events to world class events. Previous year’s footfall was approximately 56 000 annually. The cafeteria is situated on the first floor of the centre with indoor and outdoor seating/eating facilities and a balcony area which overlooks the white water.
The Council is looking to appoint an external contractor to operate the Café at the White Water Centre and work with the Council in developing current services provided.
