The City invites Bidders to submit a Selection Questionnaire for the provision of Campaign Solutions.
The City of London, also known as the Square Mile, is the financial district of London, stretching from Temple to the Tower of London, on the River Thames including, from west to east Chancery Lane and Liverpool Street. In just 1.12 square miles, the City of London counts around 8,000 residents,) 542,000 daily commuters and 21m annual visitors (pre-pandemic).
Recovering from the pandemic, the City of London seeks to emerge as reimagined and redefined. The Recovery Task Force was set up to: Ensure the Square Mile is the world’s most innovative, inclusive and sustainable business eco-system, an attractive place to invest, work, live and visit. In a sustained, cohesive and targeted way, the long-term plan is intended to motivate businesses, workers and residents to return to the Square Mile to support its retail, hospitality and leisure offers.
For this first phase, whereby we will target City workers, The City of London Corporation is seeking an agency partner to create and execute a marketing campaign in late Summer/Autumn to drive awareness and participation in the City’s renewed vibrant and thriving offer.
The project requires the following agency services: Strategy (audience insights will be provided); Creative Concept Development and subsequent Asset Production; Paid Media Planning and Buying; Earned Media Planning and Delivery; development of Evaluation Methodology.
