This contract opportunity is split into two lots/contracts. Bidders may bid for one or both of the lots and must clearly indicate in their tender responses which lot(s) they are bidding for. ACE is seeking a suitably qualified service provider or a consortium of service providers to provide the following services :Lot 1 — On-line Environmental Resource: The provision and hosting of an on-line environmental resource for ACE’s Grant Holders which includes a carbon calculator tailored to the arts and cultural sub-sectors, reporting tools and facilities for uploading documents. The service provider must also provide a help-desk service to resolve user issues. The estimated value of Lot 1 services is between 80 000 GBP to 100 000 GBP including VAT and expenses over its entire term including the extension period. Lot 2 – Support Services: A suite of support services to champion and develop the sustainability of the Arts and Cultural sector. This may include some or all of the following: support through workshops, webinars, case studies, guides, one to one sessions; facilitating networking; leadership-support; evaluation; auditing; training; advice and advocacy. The estimated value of Lot 2 services is between 700 000 GBP to 1 100 000 GBP including VAT and expenses over its entire term including the extension period.

(1) Lot 1 — ACE requires bidders to have a minimum of three years experience in successfully delivering similar services (similar in terms of type, scale, value and complexity) and provide supporting evidence demonstrating this. Please provide contact details for your referees. Your referees should be prepared to speak to ACE to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Lot 2 — ACE requires bidders to have a minimum of three years experience in successfully delivering services (similar in terms of type, scale, value and complexity) including experience of: (a) working with the Arts and Cultural Sector and experience of the key sector and sub-sector issues; (b) successfully delivering support and advice on environmental strategies; and (c) successfully delivering workshops, webinars, one to one sessions and on-line resources. You must provide supporting evidence demonstrating your experience. Please provide contact details for referees, who should be prepared to speak to ACE to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. (2) As a minimum the bidder must submit a complete tender in accordance with every instruction and requirement set out in the ITT.
