This lot includes any film or rich media that relates to the University in general and/or communicates ideas and themes specific to its courses, facilities, research activity or business engagement. These videos will vary in terms of their requirements, some of which will require straightforward approach and some which will be large scale creative productions. These projects may require specific skills and approaches such as 360-degree filming, animation/motion graphics or aerial photography.

This lot is concerned with the recording (video and/or audio) of events that may take place both on and off-campus.
Frequently these will be keynote address or several addresses themed around a subject. The intention is to showcase the event itself as well as key guests and speakers where relevant. It may also include academic and research events that can run for multiple days and involve multiple speakers. Producers may be required to collaborate with either in-house or 3rd-party A/V teams in order to successfully record these events.
