This pack includes: • an outline specification for the service • commercial information including an overview of staff likely to be entitled to TUPE transfer and pensions issues • outline information about the interim service including the buildings from which the new provider will operate from 1st April 2013, estimated number of staff that will be transferring to the new services and the projected profile of service-users • outline information about the final centres including plan where available.
