Any decision on selecting companies for inclusion in the tender panel will be based on an assesment of responses to the PQQ. The assessment will be in two stages. The First stage will be PASS or FAIL. If any section is assessed as FAIL the application will be deemed unacceptable and will not progress to Stage 2. Stage 2 will assess the responses received in respect of the completeness, relevance and clarity of the response received. Responses will be scored against the maximum weighted scores detailed below.
