Description of the contract

To develop and deliver a one-day workshop, to help Dstl Level 5 staff at a career crossroads, explore their aspirations, their work values, what motivates them and what their career options might be. Delegates will need to leave with a sense of what their preferred career direction might be, a set of actions to enable them to explore further and some development goals which support their aims. We anticipate the need for 10 workshops per year over the next 3 years. The contract may be used by other government departments in the future.
