This non-mandatory Contract Notice is being published because the services required constitute Part B services for the purposes of the Public Contract Regulations 2006 and therefore this tender is not fully regulated by the Regulations. Neither a reference during or after the procurement process to the Regulations or the use of language or terminology common to the Regulations shall require the Authority to conduct a fully regulated tender in accordance with the Regulations.
Organisations will be expected to deliver services that provide Best Value for money.
The anticipated West Sussex County Council value of the contract is approximately £1.5m per annum; however no guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from this agreement can be given.
The term of the agreement will be for an initial period of three years, however, depending on the ongoing need, budget availability and contract performance, may be extended up to a maximum contract period of five years.
West Sussex County Council is a public authority within the meaning of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and all correspondence received will be dealt with in accordance with the Act.
