Sheffield City Council wishes to maintain a modern environment in all its offices and other buildings including Sheffield Schools and properties managed by Sheffield Homes. With this in mind, the Council wishes to appoint a contractor to supply and fit floorcoverings to new and refurbished buildings where required and to replace floorcoverings in existing buildings where required.Floorcoverings are to be used in commercial conditions and must comply with the relevant British standards or equivalent European legislation.
