Specialist software licenses for the software interface, services implementation services / consultancy, training services / support ongoing, maintenance and support.

The anticipated value of the initial term of the contract is approximately £250,000. This figure includes both the initial implementation costs and associated annual maintenance costs. The initial term of the contract is for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend the maintenance requirement annually up to a maximum of 10 years. The exact value of the Contract will depend on the number of extensions required by the ODPCC.

The ODPCC reserves the right to change without notice the procedure for awarding the contract, to reject all or any bids for the contract, to terminate the process and not to award a contract at any time without any liability on its part. No contract will be created between the ODPCC and any party until a contract is executed between the ODPCC and the winning bidders.
Tenders and all supporting documentation for the contract must be in English and must be priced in sterling.
The ODPCC is not liable for any costs (including any third party costs fees or expenses) incurred by those expressing an interest in, negotiating or tendering for this contract opportunity.
Any agreement entered into will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
