(a) cleaning: cleaning of PSNI buildings to include custody suites, deep cleaning of kitchen areas and cleaning of contaminated vehicles. The contract will also include a separate lot for the provision of internal and external window cleaning;

(b) catering services to include meal provision within PSNI establishments and custody suites. Catering will also extend to operational catering and hospitality.
