Expressions of interest for the Catering Provision at the new Trafford Town Hall – due to open February 2013.
We would like expressions of interest to provide a catering and events service at Trafford Town Hall. The Town Hall is currently being re-developed and is due to be re-opened in February 2013 (it will be a phased staff move over approximately 6 weeks), so any service would start at this time.  The Town Hall will have between 600 to 1000 staff/visitors on a daily basis.
Could you please complete the Expression of Interest Questionnaire to enable the Council to develop this business opportunity.
Your responses would be helpful in determining the development of this site.
The deadline for receipt of completed Questionnaires is 5pm on 30th March 2012
