There will be initially two key buildings providing catering services -one being a full cafeteria service for up to 300 and the other being a cafe service for cira 100. London Gateway is a brand new port and logistics park opening in Autumn 2013. The catering departments will be fully furnished, with the kitchens fully fitted out and equipment to a very high specification. The services will need to be provided on contract commencing August 2013. There will be additional catering services, including hospitality and vending, elsewhere on the site.

The selection of bidders will be made on the overall ability to meet the catering requirements in a professional manner including the ability to provide quality food for a wide range of different customers, suitable pricing and value for money, excellent customer service and the flexibility of service and adaptability. Information regarding the process will be provided as a separate document in addition to the PQQ document. This notice is a Part B service and therefore not subject to EU Regulations.
