Catering Contract London – Pop-Up Restaurant

The Council seeks the services of a pop-up restaurant to operate throughout July and August 2014. The space will come at nil cost to the operator; however the operator will enter into a net profit share agreement with the Council. The restaurant will operate in Gillett Square, the operating details to be included in the submission. The menu should be inclusive and reflect the local communities. The structure will be temporary by nature and easy to erect and demount. Details and specification of the square have been included in the specification which accompanies the brief. There is a large, events-standard start-tent available by private arrangement with Hackney Co-operative Developments with anchor points within the fabric of Gillett Square. This opportunity comes with no financial contribution from the Council so all proposal must demonstrate that they are self sufficient. The Council will add value to the project by supporting the successful bidder with project management and all authorisations.
