Catering Contract Worcestershire

The contract is likely to be let in Lots and may consist of the following:-

1.      2 x canteen style service provision – both in Worcestershire

2.      Operational catering – short notice 24/7 sandwich pack style with the possibility of delivery

3.      Hospitality Catering – for large meetings; course or seminars

4.      Vending across the two force areas which may include water coolers

5.      Event Catering

We are seeking pre-tender engagement with interested parties as a ‘fresh’ outlook is required.

The current view is for a fixed 3 year contract with the potential of 2 x 12 month extensions however the forces are seeking an innovative approach to this requirement.  This being the case a longer term contract would be considered as part of the tendering process.
