VI.3)Additional information:
This requirement is defined as a Schedule 3 Service as stated within the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (CPV — 55520000-1 Catering Services and 55510000-8 Canteen Services). The estimated value of this procurement is 201 000 GBP over a potential 3 year period. This figure is below the threshold for Services where the Light-Touch Regime applies (current threshold 589 148 GBP). However, on average, the sales taken via this contract, over the previous 30 month period, is 174 000 GBP per annum. Taking this figure into consideration, along with the estimated cost to the Housing Executive of 201 000 GBP over a potential 3 year period, then this procurement would exceed the Light-Touch Regime threshold, hence the advertisement of the OJEU Contract Notice.
