The Council will be running a one stage procurement process conducted under the “Light Touch Regime”. Providers interested in tendering for catering services for Willow Court Nursing Home will need to register with In-Tend as detailed in section VI.3 in order to view and access the procurement documentation.

Select the tab “Tenders” then select “Current” from the drop-down list. Search for the reference number “AS12688” using the search box on the left hand side of the page and press enter.
The enrolment documents can be accessed by selecting “View Details” at the bottom of the relevant advert. When the new page opens click the “Express Interest” button at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in then you will be prompted to log in or register your company at this point. You will receive a confirmation that you have expressed interest:
Once in the tender management page, select the second tab “ITT — Documents” and scroll down the page where you will find useful information under “Tender Documents Received — Main”. Select “View” to view or “download” to download the documents.

Open day:
There will be an open day at Willow Court on 26.11.2018 10:00 am to 2:00 pm where providers will be able to view the site to ensure their bid proposal works within the physical attributes of the building e.g size of entrance door, lift, etc.
NB: Questions regarding this procurement during the open day will not be permitted however any questions can be submitted via the clarification process see point 1.6 for details.
If you wish to visit the site on 26.11.2018 then please advise who will be attending along with their name/s and contact number/s via In-Tend correspondence. There is a maximum of 2 attendee’s per provider.
