Description of the goods or services requiredThe Highland Council wishes to establish a framework of suppliers to provide catering for Civic Receptions, based at the Town House, Inverness and including some outside events in the Inverness area. Provision shall include Civic Dinners and Hot/Cold Civic Buffets. The framework shall commence in January 2015 and run until January 2017, with an option to extend for a further 12 month period. Civic Reception Catering can cover events such as Kirking of the Council, Remembrance Parade, Quality Awards. The framework is divided into 2 Lots – Civic Buffets and Civic Dinners and suppliers may bid for either or both Lots.
