The Works comprise the comprehensive maintenance of ng home’s (North Glasgow Housing Association) entire CCTV installations within their properties and surrounding areas for a 3 year period commencing on 1 April 2014 with the possibility of a further 2 year extension.
The maintenance service includes:
— Planned Preventative Maintenance;
— On going end user refresher training;
— 24/7/365 Engineer cover for reactive and corrective maintenance;
— Annual life cycle condition report;
— CCTV camera asset management and tracking;
— Dedicated client management.

ng homes owns or factors approximately 5 440 properties in the north of Glasgow. To provide security to their tenants living in their multi storey properties, deck access properties and very sheltered property ng homes have provided a CCTV installation with centralised control at their main hub in Lenzie Place.
The documents included within this Open Tender package sets out ng homes maintenance proposals for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the existing CCTV systems installed throughout ng homes housing and office portfolio. The proposal is for the provision of comprehensive maintenance cover to ensure cost certainty for ng homes. A summary of the properties and an asset report for them is included within the Open Tender documentation provided.
