Integration of 2 CCTV control rooms into 1 upgraded room at the Council Offices in Farnborough. The room will monitor the cameras from Rushmoor Borough Council and Hart District Council. The contractor must be able to fit out a new control room, including:
I) New furniture;
II) New large screen monitors;
III) New operator workstations;
IV) New digital recording system;
V) Transmission links;
VI) Decommission of current control rooms with minimum downtime.
Variant bids are welcomed to contain the following (all or some of the below):
a) Maintenance of the cameras and control room;
b) Replacement cameras.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 725 000,00 GBP
