Castle Rock Edinvar is seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance contract in the Central Scotland area for Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association neighbourhoods.
The contract duration is one year with a possible extension of a further one year.
Potential candidates shall note that TUPE may or may not apply to this procurement. In the event that the contracting authority is able to provide TUPE information it will do so acting merely as a conduit of the information and it will not warrant, represent or guarantee the accuracy of any TUPE information provided. As such potential candidates will be expected to take their own advice as to the application of TUPE to this procurement.

Please be aware that Places for People and Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association will close for the Christmas period between 24th December and 3rd January. The time allocated for the response to expressions of interest and submission of completed documents have therefore been extended accordingly.

Candidates are advised that the Association may remove or introduce particular sites during the course of the contract.
