Change management consultancy for organisational and cultural change to engender improvements for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers; by bringing about staff change such as mind set, a can do approach, attitudinal and behaviour change and organisational approach to innovate and redesign the regions pressure ulcer care pathways.
The contract period of 12 months will be awarded with a review of the project at the 6th month with the option for a further period of upto 6 months (12 months in total if needed)to ensure delivery of the programme.
A previous publication of a PIN was issued as an advertisement of a Market/Provider Information Event.
