Description of the contract

Child Rights Impact Assessment – Legal Aid changes in England since 1 April 2013 This research project is designed to measure the impact on children and young people in England of the changes to the Legal Aid system since 1 April 2013. These include the reforms introduced by the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012, in addition to any changes that may be forthcoming as a result of the 2013 Ministry of Justice consultation Transforming Legal Aid.
