Description of the contract

The proposal is for the replacement of chillers and associated works at Horniman Museum, 100 London Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 3PQ. The Horniman Museum buildings are presently served by two air cooled chillers located in a chiller enclosure, next to a plant room containing chiller components and headers. The existing chillers will be replaced with new high efficiency units and associated works. The museum has an all year cooling load and the chiller replacement will need to be phased keeping 1 no. chiller running at all times.
