The service aims are to provide independent impartial advice that is efficient and effective in preventing and reducing the problems faced by citizens in relation to (but not limited to):
— benefits,
— debt,
— employment,
— health and social care,
— housing,
— immigration.

Bidders should note this is intended to be a joint procurement between Rochdale, Trafford and Stockport Council.
Bidders should note Trafford Council are awaiting final confirmation of budget availability and Rochdale Council are awaiting final approval to tender.
Bidders should proceed with their bid on the assumption all 3 Councils will participate in the final contract but we will update bidders throughout the process.
