Citizens Advice offers a range of products which our customers can use to promote us to the public.
Our customers are local Citizens Advice services and national Citizens Advice staff. Occasionally external organisations, such as Trading Standards, also need to order certain products.
The campaigns and equality teams and the Consumer and Witness Services, who are all national Citizens Advice teams also depend on the merchandise site to distribute free materials across the network of local Citizens Advice/courts.
The core list of promotional products available to customers are the following but not limited to:
Fund-raising — Collecting buckets, hand-held collecting boxes, static collecting boxes.
Branded logos, stickers, pull up banners and signage.
Promotional items — mugs, key rings,
Publications — posters, leaflets,
Stationery — Folders, notebooks, pens,
Wearable items — Bags, fleeces, lanyards, running vests.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The requirements under Lot 1 will be for the following:
Sourcing of merchandise products on behalf of Citizens Advice;
Storage of Citizens Advice merchandise products;
Ability to place orders via telephone and online ordering website;
Distribution of merchandise products across the UK;
Ability to create a mark-up on costs sold to potentially make a profit;
Be responsible for the design of Citizens Advice branded merchandise and for them to be approved by Citizens Advice before being produced;
MI Reporting on a monthly basis;
To forward plan at least a year’s stock;
Provide a tailored online ordering website for customers to place orders.

The requirements for under Lot 2 will be the same as for Lot 1 but with the following additional requirements:
To integrate a template editing system to the merchandise ordering site to create a ‘one stop shop’ for brand.
To group templates into categories.
To have fixed and editable areas of the template.
Allow customers to edit, save, download as PDF and PNG as a minimum.
Allow customers to send to print via the site.
Delivery options with a fast track option.
Colour consistency across products and with our brand colour palette.
A range of products including but not limited to, pull up banners, canvas signs, business cards, posters, leaflets, flyers, photex wall stickers, large format foamex prints, social media banners, sticky labels.
The option to centrally sign off designs before print.
