The Council wishes to select a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to design, deploy and operate a City Wireless communication service in exchange for the right to use Council Street Furniture and Buildings in the proposed coverage area. It is expected that the supplier will select some of the available Street Furniture and Buildings to attach transmission equipment to form a network capable of delivering Wireless services throughout the proposed coverage area. Upon completion of a successful procurement process, the Council intends to award a public services concession contract to the successful Tenderer.
