The City of London (The City) wishes to procure a project management (construction) framework to support the delivery of construction related projects for various sites owned and/or managed by the City. The framework will be made up of 2 lots:
Lot 1: Consultancy for works projects with a fee value between 100 000 GBP and 325 000 GBP, and
Lot 2: Consultancy for works projects with a fee value between 326 000 GBP and 1 500 000 GBP.

The Contacting Authority reserves the right to only award a maximum 6 contractors onto each of the lots described. An Applicant scoring sufficiently to be shortlisted for both lots will only be selected for its preferred lot (as indicated in their tender return) unless there will otherwise be insufficient applicants shortlisted to meet the stated minimum number.

This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system “capitalEsourcing” (url:www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free.
The estimated value given at II.2.6) is for the full duration of the framework. The estimated annual framework value is between 3 000 000 GBP – 8 000 000 GBP. For the purpose of evaluation, the City envisages that a supplier on the framework will manage on average 4 projects per year. Based on the historic average value of contracts the annual value of contracts to be managed per supplier is estimated to be 797 000 GBP for Lot 1 and 1 800 000 GBP for Lot 2.
