Scunthorpe & Gainsborough Water Management Board (S&GWB) have commissioned North Lincolnshire Council (NLC) to undertake a soft market testing exercise on its behalf to evaluate best value options for the future delivery of the following management support services for a period of potentially up to 5 years commencing April 2014:
-financial and rating support services
-administration and clerking/general business support
-engineering and related services
As part of that process the board wishes to initially engage with interested and suitably experienced and qualified organisations through a series of informal market dialogue discussions to explore opportunities across the following range of identified potential service delivery options:
-Traditional consultancy led (existing S&GWMB model)
-Use of a pre-existing framework e.g. WEM Framework
-Shared service
-Joint working/collaborative procurement with other IDBs
-Direct employment
-Other model
The deadline for submission of Request for Information submissions is 10am 8 July 2013.
The indicative value of the work over five years (whole life cost) is c.£200k – £250k.

Please note that market dialogue discussions are scheduled to take place on 18 July 2013 at Grange Park Golf Club, Butterwick Road, Messingham, Scunthorpe, DN17 3PP. Attendance will be strictly by invitation only as notified by North Lincolnshire Council.
