To provide routine and emergency response civil based repair and maintenance services, including some minor capital works, subject to quotation and order based instruction. Works are based on a priced schedule of rates and are re-measurable.

Description of particular conditions: The contract conditions are based on the standard form of Measured Term Contract 1998 edition, as re-printed in February 2000, published by the Joint Contracts Tribunal, with special conditions providing new clauses and amending existing.
