The current cleaning contract expires on 31.12.2015 and is being tendered for quality and best value. Cleaning services are required at the University’s campus sites, 1 in Chichester and 1 in Bognor Regis for term time and non term time, for all sites including residential sites. Expressions of interest are sought from Companies experienced in higher education sites and who have a proven track record in this field. The contract is for a 3 year contract starting 1.1.2016, with a possible +1,+1 year extension.

The University is considering an In-house operational option as part of this process and will be submitting a shadow bid.
