II.1.4)Short description:
Documents available from www.advantageswtenders.co.uk. Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of cleaning services and associated services. The DPS will expire March 2027. The DPS scope includes but is not limited to the undertaking of regular programmed cyclical visits and unplanned remedial visits to various locations. The maximum spend on this DPS is GBP 25 000 000, but please note that it is highly unlikely that this spend level will be reached as some of our Members have existing arrangements in place, some undertake work in-house, and there is no obligation on them to access this DPS for their requirements. The DPS is not divided into lots but has two categories: contracts under GBP 50 000 and contracts over GBP 50 000. Notice 2017/S 026-045828 was placed on 7/2/17 for this DPS. This publication gives notice of the extension of the DPS to March 2027.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
We have decided to include two top-level ‘categories’ in the DPS based on contact value.
Category 1: is for contracts of less than GBP 50 000 p.a;
Category 2: is for contracts of GBP 50 000 p.a. and over. The aim is to ensure that we maximise companies that can access the DPS without creating a multiplicity of value related categories. ASW members tendering from the DPS will ensure that companies invited to tender have sufficient capacity for their requirements. Advantage South West’s Members cover a wide geographical area. Applicants do not need to be able to cover all of this area, but can indicate the postcodes that they would be able to service. During the duration of the DPS it will be possible for companies to add postcodes as their businesses grow.
