The portfolio consists of approximately 40 buildings, which include a mix of the following uses:
Council corporate offices,
Health Centres (including minor procedures operating rooms, dentistry),
Public reception areas,
Education centres,
Day centres,
Residential homes,
The tender will include a framework for services to be provided to schools, colleges and other organisations/establishments in and around Central Bedfordshire.

The contract is targeted to commence March 2015.
The contract length will 3 years with an option to extend by a further a 1 year after a contract review.
