The portfolio consists of approximately 40 buildings, which include a mix of the following uses:

Day centres,
Residential homes
The tender will include a framework for services to be provided to schools, colleges and other organisations/establishments.
The contract is targeted to commence March 2015.
The contract length will 3 years with an option to extend by a further a 1 year after a contract review.
